Who Controls Your Data

The Playzee brand is operated by White Hat Gaming Limited (WHG) and owned by Yellow Day Marketing Limited. Both act as joint controllers of your data: WHG handles gaming operations, while the Partner manages marketing. If our joint services end, the Partner will continue as the sole controller. Profiling & Automated Decisions
9.1 Responsible Gaming: We’re required to monitor user behaviour to detect signs of gambling harm. Based on behavioural patterns and transaction data, we may take precautionary actions such as applying limits or temporary blocks. You can contest these actions by contacting [email protected].
9.2 AML Obligations: We assess transaction behaviour to flag suspicious activity. Human review is always involved in such cases.
Data Security
We apply strict measures to safeguard your data, including TLS encryption for data in transit. Passwords must be kept confidential. While we use secure technologies, internet-based data transmission cannot be guaranteed 100% secure. Avoid sending sensitive information via email.
